Dwayne specializes in the SAP Business Technology Platform with a focus on process & intelligent technologies including Process Automation, LCNC solutions, Conversational AI, Business Services, and more. He co-authored two SAP Press books (SAP Intelligent RPA, and SAP Build) and the book 3D Presales summarizing his Presales experiences.
