Megan Sheffer-Czuta, Senior Director of Data Science and Analytics for Northwestern Mutual, leads a team focused on bringing data science products to accelerate business strategy realization and improve client experience. She previously led Clinical and Patient Experience Analytics for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare System, now known as Ascension Health. Megan and her data science teams have developed a variety of models to generate revenue, forecast workforce needs, design compensation programs and develop source of truth analytics packages for executive leaders. Megan is a National Institute of Health Trainee who obtained her doctorate in Oral Sciences from the University of Iowa. Her commitment to developing the data analytics and data science community extends beyond company walls, as she is a co-organizer of the Data-Driven MKE MeetUp and Data-Driven Wisconsin Conference. She also serves as an Industry Advisory Board Member to the Milwaukee School of Engineering and Board Member of the Florentine Opera. Outside of work, you can find Megan and her husband exploring the state and county park systems with their two children.
