Anthony Roscoe

Tony Roscoe has a Master of Studies in Law, with a focus in Health Law, and holds the Registered Health Information Administrator certification from the American Health Information Management Association. He was a Jonas Salk Bioethics and Healthcare Fellow, with the Jewish Healthcare Foundation in Pittsburgh, in 2006. Tony is currently the Director of Enterprise Data Governance at Highmark Health, which is a healthcare organization based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He considers himself a data evangelist and has over 20 years of experience working with health-related data across provider and payer organizations in various capacities including data management and data governance.
