Colleen Saunders-Chukwu leads the Data Workforce Strategy and Delivery team within the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) for Nationwide Insurance. The team functions as a shared service partner across all business operation and information technology teams providing data science, engineering, robotics process automation and analytics as a service (AaaS) capability. Her team also helps to modernize data capabilities to enable actuaries, scientists and operational reporting teams to drive business value. With more than 25 years of operations management, shared services and analytics experience, Colleen takes great pride in problem solving and developing sustainable solutions and partnerships. She specializes in business transformation, governance and business analytics and has experience across various industries such as call center, manufacturing, real estate, insurance and financial services. Colleen holds a Master’s in Business Analytics and Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics, Finance and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Colleen is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. She serves on the Ohio Board for Gift of Adoption, a non-profit that provides financial adoption assistance to families seeking to provide permanent homes to vulnerable children. She is also a regular volunteer for local organizations focusing on services related to family, homelessness and women’s health.
