Dr. Hamed Ali Al-Hashemi

Dr. Hamed Ali Al-Hashemi is currently a Director of Strategy at the Department of Health (Abu Dhabi) overseeing the strategic planning and performance monitoring of healthcare strategies, programs and operations. Dr. Hamed Ali Al-Hashemi also sponsor digital healthcare transformation programs including accelerated adoption of artificial intelligence, building big data analytics capacity, heath information exchange, AI & Innovation Lab and foresights in healthcare. Previously, Dr. Hamed Ali Al-Hashemi has served as Director for Government Strategy and Performance at General Secretariat, Executive Council of Abu Dhabi Government. Dr. Hamed Ali Al-Hashemi also worked as the Director of Economic Policy Planning at Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development. Dr. Hamed Ali Al-Hashemi started his career in the oil and gas industry with Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd. (ADGAS) where he headed the development, planning and engineering divisions.
