Richa Agarwal is an Analytics Leader who is having 11 years of industry experience and has worked across multiple domains - BFSI, CPG, Supply Chain etc and is currently associated with Maersk which is the largest shipping company in the world where she is working on multiple use cases to incorporate data driven decision making and is responsible for leading the Machine Learning and advanced analytics aspect in various solutions proposed under Digital Transformation strategy.

She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional and also holds a certification on Leadership skills and change management from ISB Hyderabad. She is a qualified MBA in Finance and Marketing from Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur. As a volunteering experience, she is associated with Great Lakes Institute as Mentor and Career coach from last 2 years.

She is a strong believer of investing in oneself in the form of continuous learning and up skilling. She loves to volunteer as a guest speaker at various forums to emphasis the importance on learning and was also interviewed by Hindustan Times in 2019 on - “How up skilling can help woman return to workforce easier”.
