Having my roots in Technology and having been in various business-facing roles throughout my career helped me to understand and bridge both worlds. As a co-founder of two successful tech startups wearing multiple heads, having had cross-functional roles in large corporations and multiple engagements in Management / Technology Consulting helped me to grow into a generalist, never being afraid of new challenges and always being excited about getting things done. While having built and led multiple teams and functions, I remained hands-on, not being afraid of putting up my sleeves and just doing what is needed (including coding automation scripts, building an IT infrastructure, and managing AWS assets). Adding an MBA and Insead Executive Education further helped round my profile, understanding the fundamentals across different functional areas including Finance, Account, and M&A. I have a passion for efficiency and have been focusing on Automation over the last years. In short, I get super excited about driving efficiency and helping teams to work smarter.
