In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Chris develops the company’s global strategic initiatives, Intelligent Automation thought leadership and cross-functional horizontal integration. Chris is customer-focused and uses intelligent automation technologies to help organizations enhance the Customer Experience, improve operational efficiency and empower the workforce. Chris is driving the Kofax strategy by leading with a unified Intelligent Automation platform that leverages rules-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-powered advanced capture, intelligent-optical character recognition (I-OCR), machine learning, advanced analytics and process orchestration. Integrating these capabilities into a single unified platform provides customers a Digital Workforce that collaborates with the Physical Workforce to drive enterprise value.

Prior to Kofax, Chris spent five years at Deloitte Consulting where he led the U.S. Public Sector Intelligent Automation practice during the emergence of RPA. While at Deloitte, Chris delivered RPA to over 30 billion-dollar enterprises and implemented five different RPA vendor solutions. He previously spent two decades in senior financial management roles across multiple federal government agencies. He is often called on by publications and conferences as an Intelligent Automation thought leader.
