Morten John Simonsen is an Automation Execution Lead with experience from the Financial and Pharmaceutical industry.  Robotics Process Automation has been a central tool for Morten's teams throughout the recent years, which has built his knowledge for implementing the technology in highly complex and regulated areas.

Currently, Morten is responsible for a team of analysts and developers delivering automation to Research & Development in LEO Pharma.  The team is still fairly new as it was established during summer 2019, but has already overcome a range of impediments that might be relevant for other companies with similar ambitions.

During the presentation, Morten will share some of his experiences from the Pharmaceutical industry and uncover which pitfalls to avoid and how to tackle them early in the process. There will similarly be a focus on finding use cases in a Business Area that is not traditionally dominated by standardised processes.
