His strong focus is enabling consistent high quality customer and partner experience in building deep expertise in Smarter Process Technology..  He has a deep understanding of the customer journey to building from pilot to programme to centre excellence for smarter process.. Having travelled extensively and gained experience in different countries and with different cultures, he is able to differentiate between local cultural variations and systemic weakness in working practices in adopting Smarter Process and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
