I am an experienced leader and my passion is helping organizations

find, build and commercialize innovation. I believe that business value is derived by converting ambiguity to certainty and this is accomplished by building the right combination of people, process and technology.

I have over 10 years of experience, ranging from front line operations, to strategic advisory and core technology roles.

Currently, I lead a team of analytics professionals, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Agile professionals and business line representatives. By building cross functional teams, agile processes and focusing on client success, our team has been able to build solutions praised by internal clients and senior executives. My interests include Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. I am also looking into Internet of Things and Blockchain quite closely and how they can bring benefits to business.

Outside of work, I am passionate about volunteer opportunities, mentoring and staying connected with leading edge development at conferences. Most recently, I attended the Strata AI and Hadoop conferences and Connected+ Internet of Things.
