Mark Davison

Partner & Global Lead Information Services Group (ISG)

Mark Davison is the global partner responsible for ISG’s Automation practice.  He a former business executive, CIO and consultant with more than 35 years of experience in process automation, information technology, sourcing, supply chain management, transformation and acquisition integration. Mark is one the earliest practitioners in the use of RPA commercial automation implementation, joining ISG 5 years ago as a founding member of the RPA practice and building the practice across three continents in less than one year.  He has deep experience in all aspects of the automation life cycle, delivering automations of varying scope and complexity, for numerous client engagements in multiple vertical segments.  Mark is an active speaker and thought leader representing ISG at client and public events, and is often published and quoted on automation-related topics. He holds an MBA from Emory University and BA from Cornell University.
