Sung Kim is a Senior Manager, Smart Process Automation. 
As part of the Robotics COE, Sung is responsible for raising awareness of robotics capability within the organization, developing project opportunities, overseeing multiple project execution, and defining operating model to deliver on robotics projects. Sung has been leading the robotic work at BMO since 2017, starting with the initial pilot project to current state where there are several hundreds of active bots operating in many lines businesses. Prior to current role, Sung has focused on data analytics and process optimization within the Financial Services industry
