Halil Cobuloglu is the Executive Director of Data Science & Optimization at CVS Health. He helps the organization shape the data science strategy by defining analytics capabilities and priorities. He executes advanced analytics solutions across supply chain and payor relations business units which generate more than $200M impact annually by developing the solution roadmaps, architecture, and resource planning.

Halil is an analytics executive with over 10 years of solution development and management consulting experience. Prior to joining CVS, Halil was with McKinsey & Company for 6 years. He won the New Venture Competition in 2018 and developed proprietary analytics tools for McKinsey which generated more than $1B impact in total for top telco, healthcare, agriculture, and retail companies. In this role, he also helped the enterprise shape its analytics academy and led training sessions for data scientists at a global level.

Halil holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Operations Research and lives in New York City. In his spare time, he enjoys growing house plants, skiing, and sailing.
