Prakash is a thought leader with 15+ years of leadership experience in transforming data and organizations at scale with deep subject matter expertise across capital markets, and securities & derivatives products and operations. He currently heads the data management organization at Vanguard’ Institutional business group, wherein he leads a large diverse organization to bring data strategy vision to life by building and governing cloud native data environments to achieve enhanced speed, scale and accuracy to insights. Prior to Vanguard, Prakash served as a consulting leader in Deloitte’s Strategy & Analytics practice for 7 years advising financial services clients and leading data initiatives across client journey analytics, Omni-channel C360 engagements, and AIML automation at scale initiatives. ​ Prakash has earned his MBA from Joseph M Katz Graduate School of Business in 2013 and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering in 2008 from Ramaiah Institute of Technology
