Kamaruzaman Mohd Noah (Kamarul) is EVP, Head Transformation & Strategy Group Operations, Maybank. He is in charge of the implementation of robotics process automation since 2017 in Maybank. He piloted RPA processes in group operations and later on, and expanded to across the group beginning2019. today, apart from group operations, RPA is implemented across business and support units within the Maybank Group.
