Business Automation Assistant Manager GrabDesmond is a believer of bottom-up automation. Started as Procurement Associate in Shared Service Center of Oil and Gas MNC, Desmond started to automate his daily tasks and the team eventually discovered the potential of RPA. A year later, his automation was deployed to the entire Eastern Hemisphere Supply Chain Shared Service Center. Wanting to research more on key success factor and concept of bottom-up automation, he moved out of comfort zone to join a fast-paced startup in Singapore.
