Martin has
established a background in support, services and development of software
solutions in the compliance accounting and imaging industries over the past 29
years. In his current position of GM Customer Support Innovation at Fuji Xerox,
Martin is responsible for the overall Customer Experience Management (CXM)
strategy, and for sustaining the company’s Support & Service operations
across the Asia Pacific region, including strategic planning, support and
service innovation, customer engagement, technology deployment, and vendor
partnerships.
