Nancy Cassiere

Nancy Cassiere is the Director, Head of GlaxoSmithKline's Business Service Center in Malaysia. She manages an enthusiastic team supporting 350+ professionals delivering finances, IT, HR and supply chain services to 470 GSK sites globally.  

Nancy has held a variety of leadership roles in GSK, Colgate Palmolive and Kraft Foods and worked in Asia for 20+ years. Her passion is re-engineering processes, systems and organization for success.   She’s implemented SAP ERP in 16 countries and re-engineered processes contributing to Colgate’s current #1 Global Supply Chain Ranking from Gartner.

Nancy is from Chicago and graduated with honors from the University of Illinois.
