Past reports have confirmed that as far as business leaders are concerned, workflow automation is critical for achieving digital transformation. 

Though workflows automation tools are widely adopted, they are not necessarily fully optimized. Building and harnessing enterprise level digital workflows are still out of reach for many reasons ranging from systems complexity to security concerns.
